Your Unleveraged Dormant Power

It is a fascinating irony that people do not use their full potential. This absolutely has nothing to do with the field they are involved in. Why people are reluctant to use their full potential is a quandary that remains unsolved to date. Though there are folks who come out with sound and strong performances, that of most others is shamefully and incredibly mediocre. Are such cringeworthy performances due to the fact that people do not realize their own potential, or is it fear that prevents them from using their full potential?

Both reasons seem to be true. The first reason that people are ignorant of their full potential is justifiable because almost all of us never care to pause for a moment to analyze and realize our optimum potential. Truly speaking, if people make use of even a fraction of their dormant potential, they can reach unimaginably amazing heights in their lives.

The second reason is fear. It is a general belief that people are afraid of failure. But, surprisingly, people fear success as well. Fearing failure is justifiable. But how can you justify fear over success?

There are a few reasons. Firstly, you may fear that others will think that luck has favored you, and that is why you have succeeded. "Fortune favors fools" is a saying that may add strength to the thinking of people. Secondly, people can also think that you have made use of unethical ways or wrong means to achieve success. Next is that they may comment that your success is due to your rich parents or relatives. In short, you do not want others to think ill of you. Regardless of these reasons, you can catapult yourself to great heights if you tap your dormant potential. How can you accomplish this? Here are a few tips.

1. Focus.

One key ingredient to unlocking your unleveraged potential is focused work. Focused work means shutting your mind to distractions. When you allow distractions to disturb you, you cannot tune in and do your work with 100% sincerity. You may say 100% attention is impossible to achieve. This is understandable. But if you achieve even as little as 50 or 60%, you can come out with a great output. So, shut your brain to all types of distractions.

2. Train, train, and keep training. Learn, learn, and keep learning.

You must never stop training and learning, and this suggestion holds good irrespective of the field you are involved in. Things are changing very rapidly. If you stop training or upgrading yourself according to the changing trends, you will lag. So, you must never stop learning new things and training suitably.

3. Keep improving your creativity.

Every person walking on this planet has some degree of creativity. Even leading a smooth daily life requires creativity. By improving your creative skills, you can tap your unleveraged potential. By practicing consistently and training your mind to think creatively, you can improve your creative skills.

If you embrace these tips and keep improving yourself, you can certainly tap your unleveraged dormant power and catapult yourself to great heights.

    It’s really unfortunate to see what’s happening in a company where you are one of the stakeholders. I personally called you to ask about my pending money, but the way my call was ignored speaks volumes.

    It seems people are happy to show how supportive and helpful they are on social media, but when it’s actually time to stand by their own people or help someone recover their hard-earned money, the response suddenly becomes silence, avoidance and blocking.

    People like you, Anand Kannan and the rest of the team may have your own explanations, but I genuinely don’t understand who is afraid of whom here.

    Whatever you are explaining publicly today, I only wish you had explained the same things to your own people when we were repeatedly reaching out for help. Perhaps things would have been very different..and. May be you could have shown the potential what you are talking about here.
