Who does not love to sleep? Having a good sleep, especially during nights, is bliss. In earlier times, people were not giving importance to sleep. - Experts also advise that you should take power naps as often as possible even if you are in the midst of a busy schedule. It will help you to be more productive. Having naps like this can help you to have a good memory, your mood gets uplifted and the cognitive functions of your brain will also get a great boost.

- When you sleep well, the body is capable of repairing some of the damages that may have happened during daytime. This includes damages that occur due to exposure to free radicals and sun's ultraviolet rays also. Since the cells in your body produce more proteins when you sleep, building blocks of cells are formed to repair the damages caused during daytime.
