Should you worry about how others judge you? The answer is an emphatic "NO." The point is the moment you stop worrying about criticisms or how others, including your close relatives and friends, judge you, you are fast-tracking your success. Further, you will be coming out with optimum output because you have unloaded the burden of getting the approval nods of others.  Let us assume you have made a big decision. Of course, you might have thought about it a thousand times before making it. But others may feel that your decision is goofy. So what? A Serendipitous Discovery That Helped Me Overcome My Anxiety Problem

During the 1990s, I was an unhappy person. In fact, I was so unhappy that I used to wonder if my life had any meaning. I still remember how I would wake up in the middle of the night and spend the rest of the nights worrying - worrying about my future, worrying about my past and the mistakes I had committed, and worrying about my unfulfilled dreams. Does Worrying Serve Any Purpose?

" Howto Stop Worrying and Start Living " is certainly one of the best motivational books. The points Dale Carnegie has written in it are relevant even today, though he wrote the book five decades back. In the book, Carnegie suggests that we should accept the "inevitable" in order to overcome our worries. In the book, Carnegie obviously used the word "inevitable" in the present tense and did not want the word to denote the future.  This means the word has been used for describing current situations. For example, if a person has been born blind, he or she has to accept this inevitable fact. At the same time, we cannot be oblivious of the fact that many blind people or those with other types of physical and mental issues have accomplished great feats in their life.  In short, the only inevitable thing we all should accept is "death."
