Bad habits will kill your enthusiasm.
Bad habits such as addiction to television viewing or aimless browsing will derail your success journey. The reason is that these addictions will spoil your mental health. The result is that you cannot take consistent steps to achieve your goal. When there is a delay in achieving success, you will lose your enthusiasm. Lack of enthusiasm will rob you of your focus. This is a vicious cycle which you should break by all means.
In summary, you should be unforgiving with yourself while taking the required steps to achieve your goals.
